hypoallergenic so perfectly safe from allergies and wont fade,
discolor or turn your skin green

You only ever pay one postage
I always aim to dispatch within 2 or 3 days of your order being completed. Please allow for royal mail delivery time 3-5 days. If you select next day delivery please remember this will not be received the day after you have placed your order it means you will receive the day after your order as been dispatched once your order has been completed.
Can I track
Yes... Please contact me for your tracking number.
Once posted I always obtained proof of postage.
I'm not responsible for royal mail therefore once I've posted please allow
for royal mail delivery times. If your parcel doesn't arrive within 14 working days.
The 15th day is when royal mail class parcels as lost. Which is then when I will
complete your order again and send out as soon as possible.
Do you ship
At present I will not be offering International via the website.
Although I will still take your order via the facebook page
if you drop me a message ill find out what your shipping costs
will be so it covers yourself and me.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
Due to vast majority of V-Jewellery products being personalised
NO REFUNDS.... BUT ALWAYS HAPPY TO REPLACE / EXCHANGE WHEN FAULTY
This saves on buyer return charges, as you won't have to return as long as I recieve a clear photo showing the fault in detail via facebook page, contact message or email. I then will send your replacement/exchange out at my cost.
Dependant on the fault I'll give you the option of replacement or exchange for another product to same value of the original product.
Some faults can easily be corrected so please get in contact to give me the chance to correct before leaving your review.
If your product is not faulty and not personalised and you have changed your mind then you are welcome to return for an exchange to the same value of the product within 7 days of you receiving your order.
Buyer pays return delivery. Signed for recommended... any other way would be at your own risk & for the exchange product (1st signed for £3.15) delivery.
